Inspection and Punch List. Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing approximately [10] days before the estimated date of Substantial Completion. Within [5] business days of the anticipated date of Substantial Completion, Landlord and Tenant shall jointly inspect the Improvements and agree upon a punch list of items in accordance with the Final Plans needing completion or correction.
