INSPECTION AND REJECTED TOWN’S WORK. 1) The Town shall at all times have access to the Town’s Work. 2) Defective work, whether the result of poor workmanship, use of defective products, or damage through carelessness or other act or omission of the Owner and whether incorporated in the Town’s Work or not, which has been rejected by the Town as failing to conform to this Agreement, shall be removed or be caused to be removed promptly from the site of the Town’s Work by the Owner and replaced or re-executed promptly in accordance with this Agreement at the Owner’s expense.
