Inspection and rework. 9.1 Party B should seriously execute the construction as per standards, regulations and orders of Party A’s representative in the light of the contract. Accept the inspection and examination of Party A’s representative and delegate, provide convenience for inspection and rework or repair according to the requirement of Party A’s representative and delegate. Party B is responsible for expenses of rework and repair caused by self-reason. Party A is responsible for add-on of the contract price caused by the mis-correction of Party A or other reasons.
9.2 Quality issues are detected which are caused by Party B after the above inspection and examination, Party B should bear all the expenses of rework, and compensate for the loss of Party A, and the time limit of construction cannot be postponed.
Inspection and rework. 16.1 The contractor shall carefully construct in accordance with the requirements of standards, specifications and design drawings and the instructions issued by the engineer in accordance with the contract, and accept the inspection and inspection by the engineer at any time to provide convenient conditions for inspection and inspection.
16.2 If the quality of the project does not meet the agreed standard, the engineer shall request dismantling and re-construction until it meets the agreed standard. If the agreed standard is not met due to the contractor’s reasons, the contractor shall bear the cost of dismantling and re-construction, and the construction period shall not be postponed.
16.3 The inspection and inspection of the engineer shall not affect the normal conduct of the construction. If the normal construction is affected and the inspection and inspection are unsatisfactory, the costs affecting the normal construction shall be borne by the contractor. In addition, the additional contract price affecting the normal construction shall be borne by the contractor. The construction period will be postponed accordingly.
16.4 The contractor shall pay the additional contract price due to an engineer’s instruction error or other non-contractor reasons.
Inspection and rework. 16.1 The Contractor shall perform the construction according to the requirements of the standards and norms, design drawings, and instructions given by the Engineer under the Contract, accept the inspection and examination by the Engineer at any time, and make such inspection and examination convenient.
16.2 If the Engineer finds that any part of the project fails to meet the stipulated standards, the Engineer shall require the Contractor to dismantle and reconstruct the project. The Contractor shall dismantle and reconstruct the project according to the requirements of the Engineer and until it meets the stipulated standard. If the failure to meet the stipulated standard is caused by the Contractor, the Contractor shall be liable for the cost of such dismantlement and reconstruction and the construction period shall not be extended.
16.3 The inspection and examination by the Engineer shall not affect the normal construction process of the project. If it affects the normal construction, the Contractor shall be liable for the costs incurred if the project fails to be qualified after inspection and examination. Under other circumstances in which the normal construction is affected, the Owner shall be responsible for the additional Contract price and extend the construction period accordingly (subject to the relevant provisions of the supervision Contract, if the supervisor is liable).
16.4 Any additional contract price incurred due to wrong instructions from the Engineer or other reasons not attributable to the Contractor shall be borne by the Owner (subject to the relevant provisions of the supervision contract, if the supervisor is liable).
Inspection and rework. The Contractor shall carry out construction in strict accordance with applicable standards, specifications, design requirements and the instructions issued by the Employer’s representative as per the Contract, be ready to accept the inspection of the Employer's representative and the entrusted persons at any time, provide convenience for the inspection, carry out rework and modification as required by the Employer’s representative and the entrusted persons, and bear the costs for rework and modification on its own account.
