Common use of INSPECTION AND SHOWING Clause in Contracts

INSPECTION AND SHOWING. Landlord reserves the right to enter upon the Leased Premises and to make such repairs and to do such work on or about said Leased Premises as Landlord may deem necessary or proper, or that Landlord may be obligated to make hereunder. At any time during the Term, Landlord reserves the right to visit and inspect Leased Premises, to show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants and purchasers, and to display “For Sale” and “For Rent” signs on the Leased Premises.
