Inspection & Audit. Contractor agrees that the relevant books, records (written, electronic, computer related or otherwise), including, without limitation, relevant accounting procedures and practices of Contractor or its subcontractors, financial statements and supporting documentation, and documentation related to the work product shall be subject, at any reasonable time, to inspection, examination, review, audit, and copying at any office or location of Contractor where such records may be found, with or without notice by the City, and with regard to any federal funding, the relevant federal agency, the Comptroller General, the General Accounting Office, the Office of the Inspector General, or any of their authorized representatives. All subcontracts shall reflect the requirements of this paragraph.

Inspection & Audit. (a) The Bank shall at all reasonable times have access to any site where the Successful Bidder are performing any of the said Job/the Service(s) and such person shall have the right to inspect such performance and all documentation related thereto and to make and retain copies of the aforesaid documentation. (b) The Successful Bidder shall, co-operate with the Bank‟s, internal or external auditor to assure a prompt and accurate audit. The Successful Bidder shall also co- operate in good faith with the Bank to correct any practices which are found to be deficient as a result of any such audit within a reasonable time after receipt of the Bank‟s audit report. Such audits or reviews will be at the expenses of the Bank. However, if the audit discovers discrepancies or overcharges, then upon completion of such audit or review, the Successful Bidder shall be bound and liable to reimburse to the Bank such discrepancies or overcharges and for the cost of the audit.

Inspection & Audit. The Insured shall permit the Insurer to inspect the Insured Project and operations and elevators and to examine and audit the Named Insured’s books and records at any time during the Policy Period (and any extension thereof and within one year after the termination of this policy), as far as they relate to the premium basis or the subject matter of this insurance. The Insurer assumes no responsibility and waives no rights by reason of such inspection, examination, audit or the omission thereof.
