Inspection by BUYER’s Representatives. The necessary inspections and testing of the VESSEL shall be carried out by the Classification Society, other regulatory bodies and an inspection team of the BUYER, including the Representatives, throughout the entire period of construction, in order to ensure that the construction of the VESSEL is duly performed in accordance with this Contract and the Specifications.
