Common use of Inspection by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Inspection by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to inspect Tenant's Work at any reasonable time, and may reasonably reject work that does not conform with applicable laws or Tenant's Plans.

Inspection by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to inspect Tenant's Work the Tenant Improvements at any reasonable time, and may reasonably reject work that does not (a) strictly conform with applicable laws code or with Tenant's PlansPlans as to any matter that might affect the exterior appearance of the Premises or the structural components or service systems and facilities of the building, or (b) substantially conform with Tenant's Plans in all other aspects.
