Common use of Inspection by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Inspection by Landlord. The Tenant agrees that the Landlord shall have the right to enter into the Leased Premises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of examining the same upon reasonable advance notice of not less than 24 hours (except in the event of emergency), or to make such repairs as are necessary. Any repair shall not unduly interfere with Tenant's use of the Leased Premises.
