Common use of Inspection by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Inspection by Landlord. Tenant shall permit Landlord and its agents to enter into and upon the Demised Premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same or for the purpose of maintaining or making repairs or alterations to the building and to exhibit the Demised Premises to Prospective purchasers, mortgagers or tenants.

Inspection by Landlord. Tenant shall permit Landlord and its agents or Landlord’s agents, representatives, or employees to enter into and upon the Demised Leased Premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same or Leased Premises to determine whether Tenant is complying with the terms of this Lease and for the purpose of maintaining or making repairs or alterations doing other lawful acts that may be necessary to protect Landlord’s interest in the building and to exhibit the Demised Leased Premises to Prospective purchasers, mortgagers or tenantsunder this Lease.
