Common use of Inspection, Consultation and Advice Clause in Contracts

Inspection, Consultation and Advice. The Company shall permit the Purchaser to visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company, examine its books and take copies and extracts therefrom, discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company with its officers, employees and public accountants (and the Company hereby authorizes said accountants to discuss with the Purchaser such affairs, finances and accounts), and consult with and advise the management of the Company as to its affairs, finances and accounts, all at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice.

The Company shall permit the permit, at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, each Purchaser and such person as it may designate, at such Purchaser's expense, to visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company, examine its books and take copies and extracts therefrom, discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company (including management's proposed annual operating plans) with its officers, employees and public accountants (and the Company hereby authorizes said accountants to discuss with the Purchaser such affairs, finances and accounts), and consult with and advise the management of the Company as to its affairs, finances and accounts, all at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice.
