Inspection Costs. Shire shall be solely responsible for its costs in making any such review and audit, unless Shire identifies a discrepancy in the Fee or the costs and expenses paid by Shire under this Agreement in any calendar year from those properly payable for that calendar year of five percent (5%) or greater, in which event Impax shall be solely responsible for the cost of such review and audit and refund Shire any overpayment. All information disclosed by Impax or its Affiliates pursuant to this Article 8 shall be deemed Confidential Information.
Inspection Costs. Pursuant to subsection 17.01.110(C) of the Fruita Municipal Code, prior to the approval and acceptance of the construction and installation of the required public and other Subdivision improvements, the Developer shall pay to the City the inspection review fee for all inspections of such improvements made by or conducted at the direction of the City. In addition, the Developer shall be responsible for any extraordinary inspection costs.
Inspection Costs. If no part of the Insured Crop has sustained a loss of at least ten percent, the cost of the inspection may, at the discretion of AFSC, be charged to the Insured and in that case:
a. the cost shall be added to any unpaid Premium owing by the Insured and become part of it; and
b. AFSC has such a lien for the costs of inspection as it has for unpaid Premium, if the Insured is not indebtedto AFSC for any unpaid Premium.
Inspection Costs. Supernus shall be solely responsible for its and Supernus’ External Auditor’s costs in making any such review and audit, unless Supernus’ External Auditor identifies a discrepancy in the calculation of royalties paid to Supernus under this License Agreement in any calendar year from those properly payable for that calendar year of ** or greater, in which event Par shall be solely responsible for the cost of such review and audit and shall pay Supernus any payment due. All information disclosed by Par or its Affiliates pursuant to this Section 4 shall be deemed Confidential Information.
Inspection Costs. All costs and expenses incurred by Purchaser in connection with the inspection of the Property and the review of the Due Diligence Documents pursuant to Article 2 hereof shall be paid solely by Purchaser.
Inspection Costs. Except for any salary to be paid to Tenant's Representatives or as otherwise stated in this Lease or when necessitated by an Event of Default, Landlord shall bear the cost of all Inspections.

Inspection Costs. Reimbursable costs shall include construction inspection costs not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the as-built construction costs. At the County Engineer’s sole discretion, in extreme cases, and upon receipt of written justifications, construction inspection reimbursement may be authorized up to fifteen percent (15%) of as-built constructions costs.
Inspection Costs. Licensee shall reimburse Utility for the actual costs Utility incurs in inspecting any of Licensee’s Attachments when the inspection reveals a failure to comply with all Applicable Standards. Licensee shall also reimburse Utility for the actual costs Utility incurs in inspecting the affected Attachments to determine whether Licensee has brought such Attachments into compliance.
Inspection Costs. The cost to the City of necessary inspection of work performed by the Company shall be paid for solely by the Company within sixty (60) days of presentation of a bill for such.
