Inspection Costs Sample Clauses
The Inspection Costs clause defines which party is responsible for paying the expenses associated with inspecting goods, property, or work under a contract. Typically, this clause specifies whether the buyer, seller, or another party must cover costs such as hiring inspectors, laboratory testing, or travel for site visits. By clearly allocating financial responsibility for inspections, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding due diligence and quality assurance.
