Common use of Inspection Fee Clause in Contracts

Inspection Fee. Commencing on the first anniversary of the date hereof and on each anniversary thereafter during the term of the Loan, deliver to Lender a non-refundable administrative inspection fee in the amount of $1,000.00 (the "Inspection Fee") with respect to the costs associated with Lender's annual inspection of the Property.
