Inspection Form. a. The Contractor and the Client Agency shall schedule a day and time to be mutually agreed upon on at least a bi-weekly basis or unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client Agency, to inspect the Landscaping Services utilizing Attachment 1 – Landscaping Services Inspection Form (the “Inspection Form”) and apply scores to the Landscaping Services as described below. The Contractor shall provide the Client Agency a copy of the completed Inspection Form immediately upon completion.
