INSPECTION LIMITATIONS. (a) Each Member (or any representative of such Member), from time to time, upon reasonable notice, shall have the right to inspect and duplicate (1) a copy of this Agreement and the Certificate and all amendments hereto and thereto, and (2) copies of the financial statements referred to in Section 7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the above list constitutes the only Company records to which any Member qua member has a right to access.
