Common use of Inspection of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Agreement. A copy of this Agreement shall be available at all reasonable times at the principal executive offices of the Company for inspection by the Holder of any Warrant Certificate. The Company may require such Holder to submit its Warrant Certificate for inspection by it.
