Common use of Inspection of Company Records Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Company Records. The accounting books and records set forth in Section 10.4 shall be open to inspection upon the reasonable request of any Member at any reasonable time during usual business hours, for a purpose reasonably related to such Member's interest as a Member. Such inspection by a Member may be made in person or by agent or attorney, and the right of inspection includes the right to copy and make extracts.
