Common use of Inspection of Construction Work Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Construction Work. The Town’s Chief Building Official shall, at all times during the progress of work on the Construction Work, have free access to the Construction Work site for inspection purposes. If the Town’s Chief Building Official determines that all or any portion of the work done on the Construction Work is not in compliance with the Plans, the Town’s Community Development Director shall notify Cinelux of the same and Cinelux shall promptly cure such defect to the Town’s Community Development Director's satisfaction.
