Inspection of Development Sample Clauses
Inspection of Development. The Agent shall participate in the final inspection(s) of the Project to certify the readiness of the units for occupancy and shall (I) inform the Owner, the Architect, the Contractor and the lender and insurer of all defects in material and workmanship discovered within the construction warranty period; and (ii) monitor the action taken by the Contractor to correct the defects; and (iii) participate in any formal inspection held for the purpose of identifying construction defects.
Inspection of Development. Confidant may enter the Development to visually inspect the same only by making appropriate arrangements therefore with Broker. Confidant shall indemnify, protect, defend (with counsel approved by Owner) and hold Owner harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities and actions arising from Confidant’s inspection of the Development.
