INSPECTION OF FILES AND RECORDS. The County shall at all reasonable times have access to the pertinent offices and books and records (including an annual Balance Sheet or Independent Audit) of the Municipality for inspection of the activities performed and expenses incurred under this Agreement. The County may perform and the Municipality shall be prepared to meet the requirements of, at least, one (1) audit per year.
