Inspection of Mortgage Files. Upon at least two Business Days prior written notice to the Custodian, a Servicer, or the agent of such Servicer, may inspect and examine, at any time during ordinary business hours of the Custodian, any or all Mortgage Files relating to Mortgage Loans serviced by such Servicer that are in the possession, or under the control of, the Custodian.
