Inspection of Mortgage Files. Following the time that the Mortgage Files have been delivered to the Trustee upon reasonable prior notice and during regular business hours, the Trustee shall permit representatives of applicable state regulatory agencies to inspect the Mortgage Files on the Trustee's premises or shall provide such documents at such places required by state regulations, including the offices of the Servicers. Any loss incurred by the Trustee in fulfilling such obligations shall be paid by the Master Servicer.
