Common use of Inspection of Project Books Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Project Books. All books and documents in its possession relating to the Project and the Revenues and receipts derived from the Project, including any financial statement or other report by the Company, shall at all times during the Issuer's regular business hours be open to inspection by such accountants or other agents of the Trustee as the Trustee may from time to time designate.
