Common use of Inspection of Project Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Project. The Company agrees that the Issuer and the Trustee and their duly authorized representatives shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon and examine and inspect the Project property and shall also be permitted, at all reasonable times, to examine the books and records of the Company insofar as they relate to the Project.

Inspection of Project. The Company agrees that the Issuer and the Trustee and their duly authorized representatives shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon and examine and inspect the Project property and shall also be permitted, at all reasonable times, to examine the books and records of the Company insofar as they relate to the Project; provided, however, neither the Issuer nor the Trustee shall have any duty to make any inquiry hereunder for the benefit of the owners of the Bonds or any other person or entity.

The Company agrees that the Issuer and the Trustee and their duly authorized representatives shall have the right at all reasonable times upon proper notice to enter upon and examine and inspect the Project property and shall also be permitted, at all reasonable timestimes upon proper notice, to examine the books and records of the Company insofar as they relate to the Project.

The Company agrees that the Issuer and the Trustee and their duly authorized representatives shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon and examine and inspect the Project property (other than the Water Project) and shall also be permitted, at all reasonable times, to examine the books and records of the Company insofar as they relate to the Project (other than the Water Project).

Inspection of Project. The Company agrees that the Issuer and Issuer, the Trustee and their duly authorized representatives agents shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon any part of the premises of the Company at which the project is located and examine and inspect the Project property same as may be reasonably necessary for the purpose of determining whether the Company is in compliance with its obligations under Section 5.1, and the Issuer, the Trustee and their duly authorized agents shall also be permitted, have the right at all reasonable times, times to examine the books and records of the Company insofar as they such books and records relate to the acquisition, construction, installation and maintenance of the Project.

Inspection of Project. The Company agrees that the Issuer and Issuer, the Trustee and their duly authorized representatives agents shall have the right at all reasonable times during business hours, subject to enter upon the Company's usual safety and security requirements and reasonable confidentiality agreements with respect to proprietary information, to examine and inspect the Project property and shall also be permitted, at all reasonable times, to examine the books and records of the Company insofar as they relate without interference or prejudice to the ProjectCompany's operations.
