Common use of Inspection of Properties, Books and Contracts Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Properties, Books and Contracts. Each Obligor will permit the Agent or any Lender or any of their respective designated representatives, upon reasonable notice, to visit and inspect any of its properties, to examine its books of account or contracts (and to make copies thereof and extracts therefrom), and to discuss its affairs, finances and accounts with, and to be advised as to the same by, its officers, all at such times and intervals as may be reasonably requested.
