Common use of Inspection of Properties, Books and Contracts Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Properties, Books and Contracts. (a) Each Borrower will permit the Lenders, the Administrative Agent or any of their designated representatives, upon reasonable notice during normal business hours, to visit and inspect any of its properties, to examine its books of account (including the making of periodic accounts receivable reviews), or contracts (and to make copies thereof and extracts therefrom), and to discuss its affairs, finances and accounts with, and to be advised as to the same by, their officers, all at such times and intervals as the Administrative Agent or any Lender may reasonably request.
