Common use of Inspection of Property and Records Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Property and Records. At any reasonable time following reasonable notice, as often as may be reasonably desired and at the Company's expense, permit representatives of the Bank to visit its Property, examine its books and records and discuss its affairs, finances and accounts with its officers and independent certified public accountants (who shall be instructed by the Company to make available to the Bank or its agents the work papers of such accountants) and the Company shall facilitate such inspection and examination.

At any reasonable time following reasonable notice, as often as may be reasonably desired and at the Company's expenseexpense from and after the occurrence of and during the continuance of an Event of Default, permit representatives of the Bank Agent and any Lender to visit its Property, examine its books and records and discuss its affairs, finances and accounts with its officers and independent certified public accountants (who shall be instructed by the Company to make available to the Bank Agent and any Lender or its agents the work papers of such accountants) and the Company shall facilitate such inspection and examination.

At any reasonable time following reasonable notice, as often as may be reasonably desired and at the Company's expense, permit representatives of the Bank Agent (and after an Event of Default one or more of the Banks) to visit its their Property, examine its their books and records and discuss its their affairs, finances and accounts with its their officers and independent certified public accountants (who shall be instructed by the Company to make available to the Bank or its Banks, the Agent and/or their agents the work papers of such accountants) and the Company shall facilitate such inspection and examination.
