Common use of Inspection of Property Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Property. The Company will permit the holder hereof to visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company and any other subsidiaries and their books and records and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of any of such corporations with the principal officers of the Company and such subsidiaries and their independent public accountants, all at such reasonable times and as often as such holders may reasonably request.

Inspection of Property. The Company will permit the holder hereof any Person designated by any Purchaser in writing, at Purchaser's expense, to visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company and any other subsidiaries and their Company, to examine the books and financial records and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of any of such corporations with the principal officers of the Company and such subsidiaries make copies thereof or extracts therefrom and their to discuss its affairs, finances, and accounts with its officers and its independent public accountants, all at such reasonable times and as often as such holders may reasonably requestupon reasonable prior notice to the Company.
