Inspection of Property. The Company covenants that it will permit any Person designated by any Significant Holder in writing, at such Significant Holder's expense, to visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company and its Subsidiaries, to examine the corporate books and financial records of the Company and its Subsidiaries and make copies thereof or extracts therefrom and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of any of such corporations with the principal officers of the Company and its independent public accountants, all at such reasonable times and as often as such Significant Holder may reasonably request.
