Common use of Inspection of Register Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Register. Any Partner or an agent of a Partner duly authorized in writing will have the right to inspect and take extracts from the Register during normal business hours and, upon payment of a reasonable fee, to obtain a copy of the Register.
