Common use of Inspection of Site Conditions After the Notice to Proceed Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Site Conditions After the Notice to Proceed. Design-Builder will, after the Notice to Proceed, undertake such testing, inspections and investigations as may be necessary to perform its obligations under the Contract Documents, including additional geotechnical evaluations. If Design-Builder intends to conduct additional geotechnical evaluations to supplement or corroborate the information contained in the RFP Documents, it shall do so during the Scope Validation Period. Any Scope Issues that arise from such evaluations shall be treated in the manner set forth in Section 3.3.5 above. All reports or analyses generated by Design-Builder’s testing, inspections and investigations, including additional geotechnical testing, shall be furnished to Owner promptly after such reports or analyses are generated.
