INSPECTION OF THE PREMISES ON TAKING OCCUPANCY. The Tenant agrees to thoroughly examine the Premises at the time of taking occupancy. The Tenant shall promptly deliver to the Landlord the Move-in Inspection Form, noting thereon any objection to any condition of the Premises. If the Move-in Inspection Form is not returned within five (5) days of taking occupancy, the Tenant agrees that the condition of the Premises is deemed to be in good order and repair, without objection.
