Inspection of this Warrant Agreement. A copy of this Warrant Agreement shall be available at all reasonable times for inspection by any Warrantholder or owner of a beneficial interest in a Global Warrant at the principal office of the Warrant Agent. The Warrant Agent may require any such holder to submit his Warrant Certificate for inspection by it before allowing such holder to inspect a copy of this Warrant Agreement.
