Inspection Overhaul Charges. All restoration costs and prorated inspection and/or overhaul charges, if any, shall be due upon presentation to Lessee of an invoice setting forth in reasonable detail the calculation of such amounts due, including the names of all sources used for the required cost estimates. Unless both Lessor and Lessee agree to an alternative source, or as provided herein, the Manufacturers of the Airframe and Engines shall be used as the sources for all cost estimates.
