Inspection Period Condition Sample Clauses

Inspection Period Condition. Purchaser's obligation to consummate the purchase of the Property in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement is subject to and conditioned upon Purchaser's determination, on or before 5:00 p.m., Salisbury, North Carolina time on the date that is forty-five (45) days following Execution Date (as the same may be extended, the “Inspection Date”) that the acquisition of the Property is desirable, which determination shall be made in Purchaser's sole and absolute discretion for any reason (or for no reason).
