Common use of Inspection Right Clause in Contracts

Inspection Right. Buyer has the right, once per year, to appoint an independent third party of it's choice and it's expense, to inspect and audit Seller's records to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Buyer's choice of independent third party must be approved by Seller.
