Common use of Inspection Right Clause in Contracts

Inspection Right. Buyer and its agents, employees, representatives and independent contractors may enter upon the Property for the purpose of making such surveys, soil tests, borings, percolation tests, inspections, examinations, and studies (collectively, “Inspections”) as are reasonably necessary to evaluate and study the Property as contemplated herein. Seller agrees that Xxxxx shall have until the Closing Date in which to conduct all such Inspections, but that Xxxxx’s right to terminate this Agreement based thereon shall be limited as provided in Section 7.3 and Section 7.4 below.
