Inspection Targeting Sample Clauses
The Inspection Targeting clause defines which specific areas, items, or aspects are subject to inspection under an agreement. It typically outlines the scope of inspections, such as particular systems in a property, certain goods in a shipment, or designated processes in a facility, and may set parameters for how and when these inspections occur. By clearly identifying what is to be inspected, this clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of the inspection's focus, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring that the inspection process is efficient and relevant to the contract's objectives.
Inspection Targeting. EPA will provide UDEQ with its list of annual inspection targets and its planned inspections for Utah. EPA will notify UDEQ of any changes in the inspection list as soon as possible. UDEQ programs will share their inspection targets with their respective counterparts, as outlined in the individual work plans.
