Inspection Team Sample Clauses

The 'Inspection Team' clause defines the group of individuals authorized to conduct inspections on behalf of a party, typically in the context of a contract involving goods, services, or works. This clause usually specifies who may be included in the inspection team, such as employees, agents, or third-party experts, and may outline the procedures for notifying the other party before an inspection takes place. Its core practical function is to ensure that inspections are carried out by qualified and approved personnel, thereby maintaining quality control and transparency while minimizing disputes over unauthorized or improper inspections.
