Common use of Inspections, Access and Emergency Repairs by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Inspections, Access and Emergency Repairs by Landlord. Upon reasonable prior notice and without materially adversely affecting Tenant’s business within the Leased Premises, Tenant shall permit Landlord to enter all parts of the Leased Premises to inspect the same. In the event of an emergency, Landlord may enter the Leased Premises at any time and make such inspection and repairs as Landlord deems necessary, at the risk and for the account of Tenant.
