Seller will use good faith efforts to obtain similar access and inspection rights for Purchaser to Seller’s Suppliers’ facilities for the purposes and to the extent described in the paragraph above, and any such access and inspection rights shall apply only to the “non-commodity” items referred to in Article 8.
