Inspections for City’s Benefit Only. Each inspection conducted by the City or the City’s agents shall be deemed to have been for the City’s own benefit and shall in no way be construed to be for the benefit of or on behalf of Developer. Developer shall not (and hereby each waives any right to) rely in any way upon such inspections, appraisals or determinations of the City.
