Inspections Indemnification. Purchaser shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Seller Indemnitees in accordance with Article XIV from and against any Indemnification Loss (excluding discovery of any pre-existing condition of the Property) incurred by any Seller Indemnitee resulting from the Inspections. At Seller’s request, Purchaser, at its cost and expense, shall repair any damage to the Property or any other property owned by a Person other than Purchaser (including any Excluded Property) resulting from the Inspections, and restore the Property or such other third party property (including any Excluded Property) to the same condition as existed prior to such Inspections, except to the extent caused by Seller, or replace the Property or such third party property with property (including any Excluded Property) of the same quantity and quality. This Section 4.1.4 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
