Common use of Inspections; Information Clause in Contracts

Inspections; Information. The Recipient shall permit OBDD and any party designated by OBDD: (i) to inspect, at any reasonable time, the property, if any, constituting the Project; and (ii) at any reasonable time, to inspect and make copies of any accounts, books and records, including, without limitation, its records regarding receipts, disbursements, contracts, investments and any other related matters. The Recipient shall supply any related reports and information as OBDD may reasonably require.

Inspections; Information. The Recipient shall shall, or require any Subrecipient to, permit OBDD and any party designated by OBDD: (i) to inspect, at any reasonable time, the property, if any, constituting the Project; and (ii) at any reasonable time, to inspect and make copies of any accounts, books and records, including, without limitation, its records regarding receipts, disbursements, contracts, investments and any other matters related mattersto the Project. The Recipient shall supply any related reports and information as OBDD may reasonably require.
