Common use of Inspections; Information Clause in Contracts

Inspections; Information. Recipient shall permit OBDD and any party designated by OBDD: (i) to inspect, at any reasonable time, the property, if any, constituting the Project; and (ii) at any reasonable time, to inspect and make copies of any accounts, books and records, including, without limitation, its records regarding receipts, disbursements, contracts, investments and any other related matters, and financial statements or other documents related to its financial standing. Recipient shall supply any related reports and information as OBDD may reasonably require. In addition, Recipient shall, upon request, provide OBDD with copies of loan documents or other financing documents and any official statements or other forms of offering prospectus relating to any other bonds, notes or other indebtedness of Recipient that are issued after the date of this Contract.
