Inspections; Information. Recipient shall permit DAS and any party designated by DAS to inspect and make copies, at any reasonable time, of any accounts, books and records, including, without limitation, its records regarding receipts, disbursements, contracts, investments and any other related matters. Recipient shall supply any related reports and information as DAS may reasonably require.
