Inspections; Information. Declarant shall permit the State and any party designated by the State: (i) to inspect the Project and (ii) to inspect and make copies of any accounts, books and records, including, without limitation, Declarant’s records regarding receipts, disbursements, contracts, investments and any other related matters.
