Inspections of Construction Records. During normal business hours and at any time an Event of Default has occurred as is continuing, the Lessee will make available for inspection by a duly authorized representative of the Lender any of the Lessee's and each General Contractor's books and records insofar as they relate to the Leased Property at such times as requested by the Lender when requested to do so and will furnish to the Lender any information regarding its business affairs and its financial condition.
