Inspections of the Construction. The Lessee shall allow the Lender and its agents, at all times during normal business hours and at any time that an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, (i) the right of entry and free access to the site of the Improvements and the right to inspect all work done, labor performed and materials furnished in and about the Improvements; and (ii) to require to be replaced or otherwise corrected any material or work that does not comply with the Plans and Specifications therefor.
