Inspections Required Clause Samples

The "Inspections Required" clause mandates that certain inspections must be conducted as part of the agreement or transaction. Typically, this clause outlines which parties are responsible for arranging and paying for inspections, the types of inspections needed (such as structural, safety, or environmental), and the timeframe in which they must be completed. By clearly specifying inspection requirements, this clause helps ensure that all parties are aware of the property's or asset's condition before finalizing the deal, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or unexpected issues after the transaction.
