Inspector Authority Sample Clauses

Inspector Authority. The T/LPA authorizes its Inspectors to: 1. Inspect the Work; 2. Inspect the preparation, fabrication or manufacture of Materials; and, 3. Notify the Contractor of non-conforming Work, reject non-conforming Materials, and suspend portions of the Work for safety reasons only. The Contractor shall refer questions at issue to the Project Manager for a decision.
